Hey guys, welcome to the second installment of this video series that I’m calling “What can I buy in the ATL”. For this installment, we’ll be covering what you can expect to buy in and around Atlanta for under $250,000. Because we know that every buyer has different priorities, I’ve focused on three categories that usually have the most impact when shopping in this price range. Those priorities are; convenience, school district and space. So I’ve chosen three properties to represent each of those categories. A condo right here in Midtown, a townhome in one of the best school districts in metro Atlanta, and an extremely spacious home a little further outside the perimeter. So let’s go check them out.
