Each episode in this series will focus on one Atlanta neighborhood. What’s close by, main attractions, best restaurants, and most importantly, how much does it cost to purchase a home in that neighbourhood.
For this first episode, we’re in Inman Park. So let’s go check it out.
Possibly the most picturesque neighborhood in Atlanta. Inman parks sits in between the old Fourth Ward and little five points on the east side. beyond just the beautiful historic homes, wide variety of shops and restaurants. One of the coolest things about Inman Park is its accessibility. The beltline intersects with Freedom Parkway right here in Inman Park. So you can hop on your bike and head down to Piedmont Park or by car you can take freedom to the interstates or Potts.
The restaurant district here offers some of the best dining options in the city. You’ve got woodfired pizza, fresh seafood, French, Italian, Spanish cuisine. The options are endless. Homes here in Inman Park are in short supply and high demand. So let’s see what the average price for a home in this neighborhood would be.
The average price for a three-bedroom single family detached home in Inman Park as of the date of this video is $610,000. However, if you don’t need quite that much space and prefer a condo, as of the date of this video, you can purchase a one-bedroom condo in Inman park for around $285,000.
